Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website, operated by Montes Reef Resort ("us", "we", or "our").
Booking and cancellation policy
- Bookings made within 90 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- There is a $50 fee for any cancellation, regardless of notice given.
- A minimum deposit of 40% of the entire booking value is required for all reservations.
Group cabin bookings
For weekend bookings (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) of 3 nights or less, where 4 or more cabins are reserved, the following group policy applies.
A minimum rate of $475 applies to each cabin, based on up to 4 guests. Guests beyond 4 in the same cabin are charged at our standard extras rate of $65 per adult per night or $35 per child per night. If fewer than 4 guests occupy a cabin, the minimum rate still applies.

Cancellations within a group booking:
If an individual cabin booking is cancelled within 90 days of arrival, the standard cancellation policy applies. Deposits cannot be transferred to another cabin.
Check-in and check-out
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 pm. Early check-in may be available on request; fees may apply.
- Check-out is by 10:00 am. Late check-outs are only available by prior arrangement and fees will apply.
Resort policies
- No pets are permitted on the premises due to health regulations.
Liability
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of this website or the services provided by Montes Reef Resort.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.
